Best experience at Ongles Lotus. So much attention to detail, she takes her time to make sure it’s exactly what I want. My manicure and pedicure turned out perfect. Very professional, clean and kind. I recommend this salon to everybody!!
Very bad experience after being a customer for 5 years. I went for Pedicure and she has a dog running around in the store. I told her i have phobia for dogs that she should keep the dog away. She did and told me to find another place for my pedicure next time because she wants her dog to run around. What a bad cx service, Never going back and would not advice anyone to visit.
Thi is so kind and provides great service. Her work is wonderful and she is very professional. The place is clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.
